Drywall Repair
Most of what we patch is ordinary: doorknob holes, anchors pulled out of a wall, corner bead dinged by furniture, seams that have opened up as a house settled. Each gets cut back to something solid, backed if it needs backing, then taped, floated in coats, and sanded flat rather than filled in one pass and hoped for.
Texture Matching
A perfect flat patch on a textured wall is still an obvious patch. Matching orange peel, knockdown, or a hand-troweled texture is the part that makes a repair vanish, and it takes test passes on a scrap before anything goes on your wall. Get this wrong and the repair shows under every angle of light for as long as you own the house.
Ceiling and Water Damage
Water stains need the source fixed first, and we will say so if it is not. Once it is dry, damaged board comes out rather than getting painted over, the area gets re-taped and textured, and stains get spot primed with a stain blocker so they do not ghost back through the finish coat.
Repairs Before Paint
Doing repairs and paint together is faster and comes out better, because the same crew that floated the patch is the one priming and painting it, and the sheen ends up consistent across the wall. When repair is scoped separately from paint, the seam between the two trades is where problems live.
